This is the best way to join that final picot I've ever seen -- you demonstrate so well! I've got your written instructions for beading with the needle threader, but seeing you do it really helps set it in mind. Thanks!

That's great...I sure wish this video was around when I was teaching myself to tat and add beads and have nontwisted picots...It would have saved me months of frustration of trial and error. That was very nicely explained.

Thank you for your help. My mother tried to teach me to tat as a child but she never saw a printed book and had no idea she was "flipping the thread". Your shows have made tatting a joy. Also enjoyed the music, it is relaxing. Bobbie
Thanks Linda. I too wish I had seen this earlier (but had never thought to look) and have fairly recently figured out to pull the thread behind when doing the last join...I still hold my breath and hope that it wont twist though :D
The method of joining the bead is so simple too, I will try it soon as it would be nice not to pre-plan all of the beads I add. Your way of tatting looks so elegant...I must keep practicing to get as graceful...one day I hope.
