My neighbour bought a metal stag to decorate for Christmas and asked if I could tat it a "horse blanket". This is what I came up with. I will try to write the pattern out, but I think it might be a bit complicated with the Celtic design!
Designer of many tatting patterns. Simple method of beaded tatting. Flowers are my inspiration!

These 3 make 16 altogether for neighbour, Sue, which I think is enough. I shall give them to her this evening. I hope she likes them!

Beaded Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings Set
I have made this set using purple faceted glass beads...6mm, 4mm & 3mm...and purple 15/0 seed beads and 11/0 bronze seed beads. I didn't have the usual fishing line in a dark colour and so I used a pure Japanese silk thread, brown, which is very difficult to break, but still used it double, just in case! The pattern for the earrings and bracelet are Sidonia,s from YouTube and I adapted the pattern to make the necklace. Sidonia's YouTube videos are absolutely brilliant!
Autumn Aran Jumper
I have knitted this Aran jumper for myself to wear for cool autumn days. I made the same jumper last winter in Aran weight wool which is really thick for the winter months, but I wanted a lighter weight one for the autumn when it is cool but not winter cold, so I made the same pattern using double knitting wool instead of Aran.

Shuttle Tatted Cluny Video
At last I have made the video on shuttle tatted clunies that I promised eons ago! I just had a new camera.....GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition, which is fabulous to use and the editing software was not too difficult, but the uploading was a nightmare! Still....got there in the end and here is the result. I hope it is of help to my follow tatters.a
More Beaded Earrings
This is a pattern I got from YouTube I think it is absolutely delightful and I have enjoyed doing it very much. Sidonia (the designer) has also done a version for a bracelet which I am going to do next...just waiting for some beads to arrive.

Beaded Earrings
I saw some beading instructions on YouTube and thought I would give it a go. This is the result. I loved every minute of it and will look into getting the proper beading needles, beads, etc.

3D Collection No.4
This is the last of my 3D arrangements that I am doing for the fund raising at Palmettos Tat Days in September. I always contribute something for the silent auction and this year I decided to do a 3D collection.
This last arrangement is ideal for a wedding, particularly if a bride does not want a full veil, but it could also be worn by anyone attending a wedding, especially the Mother-of-the-Bride.

Next 3D elements
These are some of the elements I have made for the next edition of my 3D Collection. I have also done a piece of tulle edged with beaded tatting, but you will have to wait to see the finished article!

3D collection No.3
Here is the latest edition to my 3D collection. I have photographed the piece on the small vase to illustrate how it drapes down, especially if worn as a head piece.
I used vintage Anchor white cotton size 80 and Anchor perle size 12 in lilac colourway 0108.

3D Collection No.2
Here is the second arrangement in my 3D collection.
It has taken me longer than I expected because I had the temerity to go to Scotland for a mini break. All I did was eat, sleep, drive and sight see. No tatting at all!
