Tattycat, probably a couple of thousand miles away!!! :)))Marty, this is not frosting as you know it but ready-to-roll fondant icing. The secret is to have a good layer of smooth marzipan underneath.

Linda, your cakes are gorgeous and it always seems a shame to me that art work like them has to be eaten, but I am sure they are being appreciated. I am a Chef by trade so I know how much work goes into making them.
