Break from new book designing

I have decided to take a break from working on my latest book, Tatted Flowers From Bulbs. I had not picked up a tatting shuttle since before Howard and Charlie's wedding on 4th September, until last Saturday.
I loaded two shuttles, had no idea where they were going to take me, but this is the result so far!

I will post more pictures as it grows!

Linda,
For not knowing where it's going, it sure is looking very elegantly done.
Glad to hear that you are getting your new book done & hay you know they say," All work & no play..." So take your time cause you want your book to turn out how you want it.

That's really pretty. I wish I could tat "off the cuff" like that!

Hi Linda, I love this doily. Is there any chance that you will be sharing the pattern when it is done.

I hadn't thought of writing out the pattern, Clyde, as I thought it was probably not very unique. Although I haven't taken inspiration from anyone elses work, I thought it was not very different from many others. If you, and any other of my blog followers think that it is unique enough, then I will gladly write out the pattern and add it to my free list.
