I like the design, but the stitch count is not right yet. I will complete this one as it is and then do another edited version.
I have no idea how I am going to write this pattern out, as I have made the outside row really complicated. I shall have to ask Clyde to test tat it for me and give me his opinion on how to simplify it!
I also need some suggestions on a name for it?

Wonderful!! Additionally, the edge beneath it is beautiful. I look forward to working on the doily someday!

It looks perfect from here!
Hmmmm...right now you could call it Diamonds in the Rough. Of course that won't work once you get the pattern refined! It's very pretty and deserves a pretty name.
Very beautiful!
i wish stuff like this popped out of my head....
Oh Linda, it's so pretty!!
The first thought that came to mind was 'Royal Elegance'
Are you going to tack it to the center of that kerchief? The whole thing together is splendid!
Btw, I just purchased your CD of 5 books of patterns (for flowers) from Handy Hands (waiting for it to arrive)! Your flower works are so inspiring, I want to make them too!!
Oh, and I can't wait until you get your new flower book done - you can be sure I'll be getting that one too!!
'Crown Royale' perhaps- very beautiful piece though.
