This cake looks so yummy! I am glad your cake business is doing so well. I can see why!
So neat to see your cakes... my sisterinlaw and I have ordered a few 'UK cake books... and am amazed at the real differences in the way 'cakes are done' on both sides of the water! Yours are lovely! :)
