doing well

It's been a while since my last post as I am still in hospital following spinal surgery. The sugery went well but my progress is muh slower than expected. I'm doing fine, just not quick enough for me LOL! Yesterday and today I have been designing an amarylis to put into the new boo k. I am very pleased with my efforts and will write the pattern out when I get home.  Unfortunately I cannot upload the pic I took on my phone, will that from home.

Linda,
You take it easy so you mend like the doctors want you to. We never heal like we want too. We never have time to be sick or hurt. So rest & do what the doctors say & before you know it.. you will be all better. Who knows maybe you will be able to dance at your son's wedding. Wouldn't that be nice?

I am so relieved your surgery went well. You shall just have to have some patience with yourself; I know it is hard, but you can do it! My DH is still working through discomfort with new hip ~ mostly muscle and nerve endings. Takes awhile with that sort of incision.

Give yourself some time, dear. I'm glad for the good report.

hugs and prayers,

BJ

Thanks so much for the update! :)

I can't believe you posted this from the hospital! I'm trying to imagine your doctor walking by and seeing you designing flowers and taking photos with your phone! LOL!

Hope you get home soon!

I hope your recovery goes smoothly and that soon you'll be home to finish the process there. Slow and steady.
